1. Establishing contact and free on-site appointment
You contact us by email or telephone and arrange a free of charge on location appointment.
We meet at a time to your convenience and discuss your individual needs and wishes on site.
2. Offer, signing of documents and commencement
We present you with an individually crafted offer including all required documents, such as sketches, plans, floor plans, etc.
Upon agreement we sign all essential documents and begin with the work.
3. Quality controls, completion and approval
At your suggestion, we update you in weekly meetings on site or present your detailed photo reports via email.
